Timeless Care Homes LLC is a licensed residential/personal care home providing assisted living services to adults with disabilities in Georgia.

Admission to Timeless Care Homes is subject to, among other things, an individualized assessment, licensing and capacity requirements, and execution of a separate, formal Residency/Admission Agreement between you (or the prospective resident's authorized representative) and Timeless Care Homes LLC. That separate agreement, not this Site or these Terms, governs the terms of residency, billing, move-in, and related care obligations.

Pricing, service descriptions, and availability referenced on the Site are provided for general informational purposes, may change without notice, and are not binding until set out in a signed Residency/Admission Agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timeless Care Homes LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Children's Use of the Site

The Site is intended for adults researching senior and disability care options and is not directed to children.
