Sabrina Hannan, BSN, RN, Founded Timeless Care Homes with one simple belief: every person deserves compassionate, dignified care in a place that truly provides the comfort of home. With a decade of professional nursing experience, caring for individuals across the hospitals, rehabilitation, skilled nursing settings, Sabrina recognized the need for a more personal approach to care. Sabrina combined professional nursing knowledge, with compassion, comfort, and meaningful connections, while receiving excellent care. Today, Sabrina remains committed to advocating and providing person-centered, individualized care to every resident, while providing families the peace of mind they deserve.
