Privacy Policy
We only collect what we need to help your family reach us, nothing more. Here's exactly what that means, in plain language.
Effective Date: 8/1/2026
Timeless Care Homes LLC ("Timeless Care Homes," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at timelesscarehomesllcs.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Who we are
Timeless Care Homes LLC is a business registered and operating in the State of Georgia, providing residential care home services.
- Business name: Timeless Care Homes LLC
- Website: timelesscarehomesllcs.com
- Privacy contact: timelesscarehomesllc@gmail.com
2. Information we collect
We only collect information through the features described below. We do not use advertising or advertising-tracking technology on the Site. We do use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, described in Section 6.
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, an email address or phone number (whichever you choose to provide), and an optional message, so our staff can respond to your inquiry personally.
Email newsletter
Our footer includes a newsletter sign-up field for your email address. This feature is still in development and doesn't currently transmit or store anything. Once activated, sign-ups will be processed through our email marketing provider, Kit (kit.com), and this policy will be updated before that feature goes live. See Kit's privacy policy.
Scheduling (Cal.com)
Our Contact page includes an embedded scheduling tool from Cal.com. Information you enter there, such as your name, email, and appointment details, is sent directly to Cal.com, not through our servers. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
Website analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay. Google Analytics collects information like your, device and browser type, and pages visited, and it uses cookies to do so. See Section 6 for more detail and your options, and see Google's privacy policy.

Contact form submissions are stored on our own self-hosted content-management system and are not shared with any outside company. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Timeless Care Homes, our residents, or others.

We do not use this information for advertising, and the Site does not otherwise place tracking cookies or use advertising technology of any kind.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings to block analytics cookies. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. If our use of cookies or tracking technology changes further, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.
7. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain accurate business records, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your submitted information at any time. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's own retention settings; see Google's privacy policy for details.
8. Data security

In accordance with CalOPPA, we disclose the following:
